We have a 7-day refund or exchange policy for damaged or incorrect product, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. We do not offer returns.
Damages and issues
Please contact us immediately if the product is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To start a refund or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com and include a picture of the damaged or incorrect product.
If your refund is accepted, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your exchange is approved, we’ll send you a replacement product immediately. Please do not return damaged product.
